The test is scheduled for April 21 - May 1. First graders only test for 3 days (2 hours per day). The remaining days will be used as make-up days. We begin testing promptly at 8:15 each of those 3 mornings, so it is extremely important that your child is on time. Late students will be sent to the Media Center to wait until their class has completed testing for the day, and then they will complete a make-up test at a later time.

At the beginning of the year I sent home a form for the website that included your child's individual ID number. This is needed in order to log in. If you no longer have this number please email me and I will send it to you ASAP. The password for the site is "education"
Check the blog later this week for a full list of topics to be covered before Spring Break

Content for next week:
Since Valentine's Day is on Saturday this year we will be swapping valentines on Friday, Feb. 13th. If your child is planning on passing something out on this day please make sure that he/she has enough for everyone in the class. We don't want anyone to feel left out! I will be sending home a class roster on Tuesday in the green folders so that you can have each student's name.
